Recent meteorological forecasts from agencies including the Met Office and Yr.no indicate a daytime maximum of 15–16°C in Helsinki on September 16, supported by southerly flow and mostly cloudy conditions that limit diurnal warming. Model consensus shows light rain or showers possible midday, which would further cap temperatures near or slightly below the seasonal average high of 15.3°C. Historical data and current pressure patterns suggest low likelihood of reaching 17°C or higher without a significant shift in steering winds or clearer skies. Traders have placed the strongest implied probability on 16°C, reflecting the narrow range of official guidance available two days ahead of the measurement period.
