Recent ensemble forecasts from models such as GFS and ECMWF indicate a stable high-pressure pattern over western Europe, with light northwesterly winds and partly cloudy skies favoring a daily maximum of 26–28°C in Paris on September 14. These conditions support afternoon peaks near 27°C as the consensus outcome, consistent with the market’s leading probabilities. Above the 1991–2020 average high of 21.7°C, the outlook reflects modest warm advection without significant cloud cover or precipitation to suppress temperatures. Updated model runs show minimal spread for this short-range period, though minor shifts in cloud timing or wind could adjust the exact peak by 1°C. No major forecast revisions have occurred in the past 48 hours.
