Latest National Weather Service and GFS ensemble guidance positions Miami’s September 14 high near 88–90 °F, driving the 56.5 % market-implied probability on 90–91 °F. Persistent high humidity, light easterly flow, and abundant moisture support afternoon heating before scattered thunderstorms develop, a pattern consistent with mid-September climatology where average highs reach 89 °F. Model consensus shows limited variability in steering patterns or frontal intrusions over the next 48 hours, keeping probabilities for 92 °F+ or sub-88 °F outcomes below 15 % each. Updated 12z and 00z runs plus NHC tropical outlook briefings remain the key near-term catalysts that could shift implied odds.
