Recent forecast models from agencies including the Korea Meteorological Administration indicate an overcast day for Incheon on September 13, with daytime highs centered near 24–25°C amid light westerly winds and minimal precipitation risk. This aligns with the post-summer cooling trend, where September averages have declined from early-month peaks above 27°C toward seasonal norms of 25–26°C. Persistent cloud cover and stable high pressure suppress diurnal warming, keeping maximum temperatures from exceeding the mid-20s despite the region's typical autumn variability. Trader consensus at 55% for 25°C and 32.5% for 24°C reflects this model agreement, with limited upside potential absent unexpected clear-sky development before resolution.
