The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Wuhan Tianhe International Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/cn/wuhan/ZHHH. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus has locked in a 100% implied probability for a highest temperature of 20°C at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, driven by real-time METAR observations and short-range forecasts from the China Meteorological Administration showing peak readings around midday under persistent overcast skies and scattered showers. Overcast conditions have limited solar insolation, capping daytime heating in line with numerical model ensembles like GFS and ECMWF, which project subdued highs amid a cool air mass—consistent with Wuhan's late-April climatology averaging 21–22°C but moderated today by cloud cover. Scenarios challenging this include sudden clearing for afternoon solar warming to 21°C+ or a localized measurement anomaly, though minimal diurnal heating potential remains as evening approaches. Final airport data will confirm resolution.
