Forecast models from Argentine meteorological services and international ensembles indicate a maximum temperature near 18°C in Buenos Aires on September 23, driven by northerly winds advecting milder air masses after recent cool conditions, with partly cloudy skies limiting daytime heating. Official guidance shows highs of 18°C (64°F) under moderate north winds of 12–15 mph, following a cooler September 22 with daytime peaks near 12–14°C. This positions 18–19°C as the dominant outcomes in trader consensus, reflecting model agreement on limited warming before stronger northerly flow and clearer conditions potentially raise readings later in the week. Historical September averages near 18–20°C provide context, though current observations confirm the cool start to the period.
