Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate Busan’s September 25 high will likely peak near 25–26°C under increasing cloud cover and northeasterly flow ahead of a low-pressure system. Persistent overcast skies, higher humidity, and light onshore winds are limiting daytime heating compared with clearer conditions on the 24th, while coastal marine influence further moderates peaks. Model consensus shows only modest warming potential if breaks in cloud occur midday, but shower chances rising in the afternoon introduce downside risk to the maximum. The tight clustering of market-implied odds around 26–28°C reflects this narrow range of outcomes, with traders weighing the balance between residual warmth and the cooling effects of increased cloudiness and moisture advection. Updated model runs and official Korea Meteorological Administration guidance on the 24th will be key for refining the exact threshold.
