National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model consensus indicate a high of 64-66°F for Seattle on September 23, driven by a transitional weather pattern with morning low clouds or fog giving way to partial afternoon sun under light southerly winds. This setup follows several mild days near 70°F but precedes a stronger Pacific front expected Thursday that will lower highs into the low 60s with rain. September climatology supports mid-60s as typical, with recent observations showing temperatures running close to seasonal averages amid variable marine influence. The market-implied odds favoring 66-67°F reflect this narrow forecast range, while the spread to 64-65°F and 68-69°F captures minor model spread on cloud timing and onshore flow strength ahead of the next system update.
