Recent National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on September 21 project scattered thunderstorms and afternoon highs in the mid-to-upper 80s, with model consensus favoring limited daytime heating from cloud cover and southerly flow. This setup aligns with climatological September averages near 88°F while introducing uncertainty from variable storm timing and intensity that could suppress or allow brief spikes into the low 90s. Trader emphasis on the 88-89°F bin reflects these near-normal conditions tempered by historical variability in tropical moisture patterns, with lower-probability higher bins supported by potential for clearer breaks. Updated NWS briefings and model runs over the next 48 hours will refine exact maxima ahead of market resolution.
