Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private sources show Denver highs on September 9 clustering near 82–85°F amid a pattern of mostly sunny skies with isolated afternoon thunderstorms and easterly winds that could enhance or suppress peak heating. Recent runs indicate modest spread from variable moisture and cloud timing, with some solutions favoring slightly cooler readings near 80–81°F if convection develops earlier. This uncertainty, combined with Denver’s high elevation moderating temperatures relative to historical September averages near 80°F, supports the tight market distribution around the 80–85°F bins as traders weigh the latest guidance ahead of final observational data.
