**Trader consensus positions 90-91°F as the leading outcome (48.5% implied probability) for Miami’s September 13 maximum temperature, followed by 88-89°F (32.5%), reflecting official National Weather Service guidance of a high near 88°F amid 70-80% chance of afternoon thunderstorms.** Persistent high humidity, light variable winds shifting southeast, and widespread convective activity—typical for mid-September in South Florida—limit daytime heating by increasing cloud cover and triggering early cooling from rain. This aligns with the 1991-2020 climatological average high of 89.4°F while accounting for model consensus on storm timing that could cap readings in the upper 80s. Recent NWS updates and ensemble forecasts show minimal deviation, though any delay in thunderstorm development could push peaks toward 90°F. Updated model runs and afternoon observations will provide the next key data points ahead of market resolution.
