**Forecast models from sources like the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts and national meteorological services show a weather front bringing widespread thunderstorms and increased cloud cover to Milan on September 9, sharply limiting daytime heating after several days of highs near 32–34°C.** This setup favors a daily maximum in the 23–25°C range, consistent with the market's leading outcomes at 24°C (37.5%), 23°C (22.5%), and 25°C (19.0%). Higher probabilities for 24°C reflect ensemble consensus on modest warming under partial breaks in the clouds, while the risk of heavier rain or thicker overcast supports the secondary weighting toward 23°C. Historical September averages near 24–26°C provide context, but the current synoptic pattern—marked by easterly flow and high humidity—introduces the main uncertainty ahead of final model runs on September 8.
