Recent National Weather Service guidance and model consensus point to overnight lows in Miami on September 9 near 80–83°F, driven by persistently high dew points near 77–79°F, light easterly flow, and limited nocturnal radiative cooling under partly to mostly cloudy skies. These conditions suppress the typical 3–5°F drop below average lows of ~77°F seen in historical September climatology. Traders appear to weigh the balance between slightly cooler scenarios if clearer skies develop overnight versus warmer outcomes if thunderstorm activity or elevated moisture lingers, with resolution hinging on the final observed minimum at official stations like Miami International Airport.
