**Clear, stable high-pressure conditions under northeasterly flow are positioning 27°C as the most probable high temperature for Seoul/Incheon on September 20.** Official guidance from the Korea Meteorological Administration and multiple global models consistently forecast a sunny day with light winds and minimal cloud cover, yielding daytime maxima near 27–28°C (80–82°F) after overnight lows around 18–19°C. This aligns with the current market-implied odds, where 27°C leads at 43.5% followed by 26°C at 32.5%, reflecting trader consensus on limited diurnal warming potential amid seasonal cooling trends. Recent observations show similar highs of 28–29°C on September 18 under partly cloudy skies, with no incoming fronts or moisture expected to alter the pattern before the market resolves. Updated model runs and KMA briefings in the next 24–48 hours will provide the final confirmation ahead of the daily maximum measurement.
