Official forecasts from the Meteorological Service Singapore and multi-model seasonal outlooks indicate above-normal temperatures across much of Southeast Asia through September, with daily maxima frequently projected between 33°C and 35°C. Regional haze from Indonesian fires has further suppressed rainfall and enhanced daytime heating, while historical September averages hover near 31°C. Current numerical weather predictions show limited model spread around this range, with low precipitation chances supporting sustained warmth through the afternoon peak.
