AccuWeather's latest outlook projects a 23°C high on April 5, with clouds giving way to brighter skies and warmer conditions following April 4's expected windy rain (17°C high), potentially driven by post-frontal high pressure and increased solar heating. However, Japan Meteorological Agency's April 2 one-month release warns of regional warm spikes above average (~19°C historical April highs), but persistent clouds or northerly winds could cap peaks at 21-22°C. JMA and ensemble model updates on April 4 will clarify steering patterns and temperature advection, key differentiators in this tight race.
