LDPR leads trader consensus for third place in Russia's September 2026 State Duma election due to its durable regional organization and consistent mid-teens support in multiple state-aligned polls, positioning it ahead of New People despite the latter's recent gains among younger and urban voters. KPRF trails as its backing has softened from prior cycles, while SRZP and smaller parties remain marginal. United Russia is expected to finish first, leaving these systemic opposition parties to contest the remaining seats above the five-percent threshold. Recent party conventions, federal list approvals, and late August candidate registrations have reinforced LDPR's structural advantages, with polling divergences between VCIOM and FOM measures sustaining market pricing ahead of the three-day vote.
