Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a daytime high near 18°C in Buenos Aires on September 23, driven by a shift to northerly winds following a recent cold front that dropped temperatures sharply earlier in the week. This flow pattern supports modest warming and advection of milder air, tempered by increasing cloud cover that limits solar heating and keeps conditions mostly overcast. Historical September averages in the region hover around 15–20°C, with spring transitions often featuring variable steering patterns that introduce forecast spread. Official updates from Argentina’s National Meteorological Service and refined model runs over the next 48 hours will clarify whether peak readings edge toward 19–20°C or remain capped near 18°C, explaining the closely matched market probabilities around these outcomes.
