Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and global models indicate daytime highs in Busan around 27–30°C on September 3, with 40–60% chances of showers or thunderstorms and northeasterly winds of 10–15 mph that enhance marine cooling from the East Sea. These conditions, combined with high humidity near 75% and variable cloud cover, create a narrow range for peak temperatures, keeping 30–31°C as the market leaders at combined 52% implied probability. Coastal moderation and limited solar heating under overcast skies differentiate the closely bunched outcomes, while any model shift toward clearer skies could push readings toward 32°C. Updated KMA guidance and ensemble runs expected in the next 24 hours will likely refine trader positioning before resolution.
