Recent forecasts from meteorological models indicate a cooling trend for Karachi on September 23, with daytime highs projected near 33–35°C amid persistent westerly winds and moderate humidity levels around 50–60%. Current conditions feature elevated temperatures above 38°C driven by clear skies and subsidence, but increasing afternoon sea breezes and reduced solar heating are expected to moderate peaks. The tight clustering of market-implied probabilities around 35–37°C reflects uncertainty in exact maximum readings, which hinge on precise timing of wind shifts, boundary layer mixing, and any localized urban heat effects versus official station measurements. Historical September averages near 34–35°C provide context, while upcoming model runs from agencies like the Pakistan Meteorological Department could refine these projections before resolution.
