Recent official forecasts from sources including WeatherBug, Global Meteo, and Yr.no indicate a maximum temperature near 27–28°C in Busan on September 21 under mostly clear to partly cloudy skies and moderate northeasterly winds. This positions 28°C as the market leader at 47.5% implied probability, just ahead of 29°C. Stable high pressure and limited cloud cover support readings slightly above the September climatological average of roughly 24–26°C, while consistent onshore flow prevents stronger warming. Model consensus shows low precipitation risk and modest diurnal ranges, though minor variations in afternoon cloud timing or wind strength could shift the daily peak by 1°C. Updated short-range guidance in the next 24–48 hours will refine resolution between the closely matched leading outcomes.
