Recent official forecasts from sources including the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a daily minimum temperature in Incheon/Seoul on September 3 of 21–22°C under mostly clear skies and light northerly winds. This consensus supports the market's leading outcomes at 22°C (40.5% implied probability) and 21°C (27.0%), as early-September radiative cooling after humid summer conditions typically produces overnight lows in this narrow band absent major frontal systems. Model runs show minimal spread, with some guidance dipping briefly toward 20–21°C around dawn before rebounding, while warmer scenarios above 23°C remain less favored given the current stable high-pressure pattern. Traders are weighting the latest short-range updates heavily, as resolution occurs in under 48 hours.
