Incumbent Republican Steve Womack's uncontested advancement in the March 3, 2026, primary solidified his path in the solidly Republican AR-03 district, rated Solid Republican by Cook Political Report with an R+13 partisan voter index, driving trader consensus to 90% for the Republican Party. Democrat Robb Ryerse also advanced unopposed, alongside Libertarian Bobby Wilson and independent Christopher Hocevar, but faces steep barriers including Womack's fundraising dominance—over $2.2 million cash on hand versus Ryerse's under $3,000—and the incumbent's consistent 64%+ general election margins in 2020, 2022, and 2024. Absent scandals or national midterm waves, the November 3 contest remains firmly tilted toward Republicans in this northwest Arkansas stronghold encompassing Benton and Washington counties.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
