Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus indicate sunny skies and southerly flow will sustain above-average heating over Dallas, with projected highs clustering near 98–100°F on September 6. Persistent high pressure and minimal cloud cover support strong daytime insolation, while dew points in the low 70s add moisture without altering the maximum temperature itself. Current runs show limited spread across guidance, yet small differences in boundary-layer mixing or exact wind shifts can shift the peak by a few degrees, producing the market’s even distribution across the 94–103°F bins. Historical September averages near 92–93°F underscore the anomalous warmth, with resolution depending on the official Dallas/Fort Worth observation.
