OpenAI’s $852 billion private valuation from its March 2026 funding round, paired with monthly revenue reaching roughly $2 billion and enterprise contributing over 40 percent, underpins the market-implied 41.3 percent odds on a closing market cap above $1.5 trillion and combined 39.4 percent on the $1–1.5 trillion buckets. Trader consensus prices in substantial IPO premiums and continued scaling, even as the company remains unprofitable with high cash burn. The June 2026 confidential S-1 filing and subsequent signals favoring a 2027 debut to target nearer $1 trillion have tempered near-term timing odds, while recent C-suite departures introduce governance uncertainty that could influence execution. Key upcoming catalysts include any public S-1 updates and further revenue or margin disclosures.
