Forecast models from the Servicio Meteorológico Nacional and international ensembles show moderate uncertainty for Buenos Aires on September 2, with maximum temperatures hinging on the timing of a weakening high-pressure ridge versus possible southerly flow. Warmer 24°C or 23°C scenarios reflect northerly advection of subtropical air and reduced cloud cover boosting daytime heating, while cooler 21°C outcomes align with earlier frontal passage or increased marine layer influence. Historical early-spring baselines near 20–22°C, combined with current ENSO-neutral conditions, support this tight clustering of trader-implied odds around the central range. Updated model runs and official briefings over the next 48 hours will likely refine the most probable maximum.
