Recent National Weather Service forecasts for the primary Los Angeles measurement stations indicate a Saturday high in the upper 70s under clear skies and moderate onshore flow, with marine-layer effects limiting afternoon warming near the coast. This aligns with the market's strong consensus around 76-79°F, consistent with the long-term September average of 76°F and recent stable conditions without significant heat advection. Model runs show limited variability, though slight warming could occur if winds shift offshore; traders appear to discount higher bins given the typical coastal moderation and absence of anomalous ridging. Updated NWS briefings tomorrow morning will provide the final guidance ahead of resolution.
