**Current ensemble forecasts for Shenzhen indicate overnight lows in the mid-20s Celsius on September 17, consistent with late-summer subtropical patterns under the influence of the western Pacific subtropical high.** This positioning supports market-implied odds clustered near typical September minima (historical averages around 24–26°C), yet the near-even split between 21°C or below and 31°C or higher reflects model spread in key variables: cloud cover modulating radiative cooling, easterly wind strength affecting advection, and any late-day precipitation altering boundary-layer moisture. With only 48 hours until resolution, updated runs from regional models will likely tighten the range, as nocturnal temperatures in this coastal location respond sensitively to small shifts in humidity and wind.
