Recent polling aggregates show Donald Trump’s net approval edging up slightly to around -19.5 as of September 11, 2026, after touching an all-time low near -20.6, reflecting modest stabilization amid ongoing pressures from economic sentiment, tariff policies, and the Iran conflict. With midterms approaching, traders appear to weigh the absence of major negative catalysts in the immediate term against historical patterns of short-term approval fluctuations during periods of steady but low support. The 70.5% implied probability for an increase this week aligns with this recent incremental recovery in survey averages and the market’s assessment that further sharp declines are less likely without fresh adverse developments.
