Current forecast models from agencies including the Korea Meteorological Administration indicate mostly clear skies, light southerly winds, and stable high pressure over Busan on September 13, supporting a daily maximum near 28°C with minimal precipitation risk. This consensus, consistent across multiple runs and historical September climatology for the region, positions 28–30°C outcomes as probable while leaving room for localized urban heat or model spread that could push readings slightly higher. Trader sentiment reflected in the market-implied odds favors the upper end of this range, consistent with skin-in-the-game assessment of forecast uncertainty and typical variability in peak observations. Key resolution thresholds center on the official recorded maximum, with updates expected from morning model guidance and real-time station data.
