Forecast models from sources including the National Meteorological Institute and international ensembles indicate a high of 26–28°C for São Paulo on September 3 under mostly sunny skies, light northwest winds, and low humidity following overnight clearing. This positions 27°C as the market leader at 42% implied probability, with 26°C and 28°C close behind, reflecting consensus around typical spring maximums after cooler, rainy conditions on September 1–2. Dry air advection and strong daytime insolation support modest warming above the long-term September average of ~23°C, while model agreement on minimal cloud cover and no precipitation reduces upside risk beyond 29°C. Traders appear to weigh the narrow forecast spread and historical variability in daily maxima when assigning probabilities.
