Recent short-range forecasts from NOAA and other agencies project overnight lows in the mid-60s for New York City on September 12, with models showing a frontal passage delivering cooler air and partly cloudy skies that support moderate radiational cooling under light winds. This places the daily minimum near the historical average low of 63°F while leaving room for small variations from cloud timing or wind shifts. Market-implied odds cluster tightly on 64–67°F ranges because ensemble guidance shows limited spread, though updated model runs and NWS briefings over the next 24 hours could adjust the exact threshold if dew points or boundary-layer mixing change.
