Recent National Weather Service guidance and ensemble forecasts indicate a warm, humid air mass with southwesterly flow will keep overnight lows in the low-to-mid 70s across New York City on September 10, driving the tight clustering of market-implied odds around 72–75°F. Persistent cloud cover and light precipitation chances may limit radiational cooling, while dew points near 65–68°F support minimum temperatures several degrees above the 1991–2020 climatological average of 63.5°F. Model consensus shows limited spread, though small variations in boundary-layer mixing or timing of any showers could shift the recorded low at Central Park by 1–2°F. Updated NWS short-range forecasts and next model cycles will provide the final resolution criteria for this market.
