Trader consensus on implied probabilities centers on 48–53°F lows for Seattle on September 21, driven by National Weather Service forecasts and model guidance showing persistent onshore flow behind a departing upper-level ridge, with light winds and patchy fog promoting moderate overnight cooling. Marine air influence and typical September radiational cooling under partly clear skies keep minima near the 52°F climatological average, though weak northerly shifts and variable cloud cover introduce narrow uncertainty bands across ensembles. Official NWS briefings highlight minimal temperature spread through the short term, with next model runs and surface observations expected to refine exact thresholds ahead of resolution.
