Current forecast consensus from the National Weather Service and local models positions Denver's September 21 high temperature in the low-to-mid 70s, driven by post-frontal cooling, partly to mostly sunny skies, and moderate easterly flow that limits daytime heating. Recent observations show September 19-20 highs near 70-79°F amid scattered thunderstorms, with the pattern stabilizing into drier conditions for Monday. This aligns with the market's leading 74-75°F bin at 45.5% implied probability, followed by 72-73°F and 76-77°F, reflecting trader assessment of typical September variability around the 76.8°F climatological average. Model agreement remains strong two days out, though minor shifts in cloud cover or wind could adjust the peak by 1-2°F before resolution.
