**Trader consensus on the Moscow September 9 maximum centers on 21°C (63.5% implied probability) due to consistent forecast guidance from GFS and regional models showing a daytime peak near that threshold.** Recent developments include a warming trend after cooler early-September conditions, with clear to partly cloudy skies, light westerly winds, and dry air allowing efficient solar heating while limiting extreme warmth. Official outlooks from the Hydrometeorological Center and international sources project highs of 20–22°C, aligning with the market's top two outcomes (20°C at 20%, 22°C at 14.5%) and well above the 1991–2020 average high of ~17.7°C. Model agreement remains high for this range, though minor steering or cloud variations could shift the exact maximum within the narrow 20–22°C window before official station data finalize the result.
