Recent forecasts from sources including WindBorne Systems and US Harbors indicate a high near 63–67°F for Seattle on September 13, driven by an incoming low-pressure system with southerly flow, widespread cloud cover, and 80–90% rain probability that limits daytime heating. This marine-influenced pattern contrasts with the September climatological average high of about 71°F and favors mid-60s outcomes over warmer bins. Multiple model runs show consistency in the timing of the frontal passage, with minimal disagreement on intensification or steering, though minor shifts in cloud timing could adjust the peak by a degree or two. Trader-implied probabilities cluster around 64–69°F ranges, reflecting this consensus while assigning lower weight to extremes given the strong observational support for cooler, wet conditions.
