National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on September 11 indicate highs near 89–90°F amid southeast winds and widespread afternoon thunderstorms, which typically limit peak temperatures through cloud cover and evaporative cooling. Persistent humidity and onshore flow from the Atlantic maintain elevated heat indices above 100°F while supporting convective development that caps daytime maxima, consistent with late-summer climatology for the region. Recent model runs show stable steering patterns with no major shifts expected before resolution, though exact peak timing depends on storm initiation and coverage. Trader consensus favoring 90–91°F reflects this narrow range amid inherent forecast uncertainty in convective timing.
