Recent National Weather Service and model guidance positions San Francisco's September 13 high near 70–72°F under sunny skies and moderate westerly flow following frontal passage, driving the 45.5% market-implied probability for 70–71°F. Clear conditions and seasonal average highs of about 71°F support this range, with 68–69°F and 72–73°F bins capturing remaining ensemble spread from slight variations in onshore breeze strength and marine-layer depth. Breezy northwest winds may limit peak warming near the coast while inland valleys trend warmer, keeping odds for extremes below 5%. Final NWS updates and morning observations on the 13th will refine these trader-consensus probabilities before resolution.
