Recent polls from Public Policy Polling, including one sponsored by Republicans Against Perry, show Democratic challenger Janelle Stelson leading incumbent Republican Scott Perry by 3-4 points in Pennsylvania's 10th Congressional District, anchoring trader consensus on a Democratic edge in this Cook-rated Toss Up (R+3 PVI) ahead of the May 19 closed primaries. Stelson's rematch follows her narrow 2024 loss, bolstered by record Q1 2026 fundraising among challengers, DCCC Red to Blue designation, and Gov. Josh Shapiro's endorsement, while she competes with Justin Douglas in the Democratic primary. Perry faces ongoing vulnerability as a top GOP target in the slim 218-214 Republican House majority, though close margins highlight the race's competitiveness.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
