Recent forecast models from sources including Open-Meteo and national weather services indicate a mild air mass over southern Germany, with maximum temperatures in Munich on September 20 expected in the 21–24°C range under partly cloudy skies and light westerly flow. This setup supports the market’s concentration around 23–25°C outcomes by keeping daytime heating above the long-term September average of roughly 19–20°C while avoiding stronger high-pressure ridging that could push readings higher. Low precipitation probabilities and stable steering patterns limit downside risks from cloud cover or showers. Traders are weighting the latest ensemble runs that show modest positive anomalies persisting through the weekend, with final adjustments likely once Monday’s updated guidance incorporates any overnight boundary-layer changes.
