Florida's 23rd congressional district has emerged as a solidly Democratic seat following the 2026 redistricting process signed into law by Governor Ron DeSantis. The updated map produced a D+9 partisan voting index in the district, prompting nonpartisan forecasters including the Cook Political Report to rate the race Solid Democratic. Incumbent-aligned Democrat Lois Frankel leads the August 18 primary field against a single opponent, while multiple Republican primary candidates compete without an established frontrunner or sitting officeholder. Traders price the Democratic nominee at 82.5% to prevail in November, consistent with the district's urban Broward and southern Palm Beach County demographics and limited historical competitiveness under the new boundaries. No late-breaking polling or legal challenges have altered the consensus since the map took effect.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
