Recent official forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a high near 29–30°C for Incheon on September 4, driven by clear skies under high pressure, northeasterly flow advecting moderately warm air, and minimal cloud cover allowing strong daytime insolation. Current conditions on September 3 show highs of 29–31°C with similar synoptic patterns persisting, while climatological baselines for early September in the region center around 26–28°C. Model consensus remains tight with low precipitation risk, though minor forecast revisions from updated runs could shift the peak by 1°C. Traders assign the highest implied probabilities to 29–30°C outcomes, reflecting this stable late-summer setup ahead of final observations.
