Florida's 4th Congressional District, rated Solid Republican by Cook Political Report with an R+5 partisan lean, favors incumbent Aaron Bean in his 2026 reelection bid, anchoring trader consensus at 82.5% for the Republican Party. Bean, who won by 15-point and 21-point margins in 2024 and 2022, faces a token Republican primary challenger in Anthony Valerio ahead of the August 18 primaries, while Democrats—led by securities lawyer Michael Kirwan in a fragmented primary field—hold just 13.5%. Recent first-quarter fundraising reports highlight Bean's dominance, raising $240,000 to reach $1.5 million total receipts and $1.23 million cash on hand, outpacing Kirwan's $511,000 receipts and $226,000 cash by over 3-to-1, reinforcing the district's reliable GOP path to victory absent major shifts.
