National Weather Service and ensemble model guidance indicate sunny conditions with southerly winds of 5–10 mph and negligible precipitation chances for Dallas on September 13, supporting afternoon highs centered in the 99–102°F range. This aligns with the market’s heavy weighting toward 100–101°F, reflecting the latest GFS and observed high-pressure dominance that has sustained above-normal temperatures well into mid-September. Minor forecast spreads across runs account for the smaller probabilities on 98–99°F and 102–103°F, while the absence of frontal passages or moisture advection reduces upside risk for higher readings. Updated model outputs and NWS briefings on the morning of the 13th will provide the final data ahead of market resolution.
