Forecast models from the National Weather Service and private sources indicate sunny skies and light northwest winds will develop over Atlanta on September 13 after Saturday’s scattered storms, supporting maximum temperatures near 90–91 °F. This aligns with the market’s heaviest weighting on that bin. Above-average warmth stems from building high pressure and reduced cloud cover that enhances daytime insolation, pushing readings several degrees above the 1991–2020 climatological high of 84 °F. Model consensus remains tight, with only modest spread between 88–93 °F, reflecting limited uncertainty in steering flow and boundary-layer moisture. Official high-temperature observations from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport will determine resolution.
