Official National Weather Service observations from Austin Bergstrom International Airport recorded a minimum temperature of 76°F on September 9, 2026, at 6:43 a.m. CDT, aligning precisely with the market's dominant 76-77°F outcome. This reading exceeded the 1991-2020 normal low of 69°F amid persistent southerly flow and high pressure that suppressed overnight cooling, producing above-average warmth across central Texas. Trader consensus reflects the verified climatological report, which leaves little room for revision. Only an unlikely post-processing adjustment to station data or a shift to an alternate measurement site could alter resolution, though historical patterns show such changes rarely exceed 1°F for this location.
