**Forecast models indicate Helsinki's minimum temperature on September 13 will likely fall in the 8–13°C range, with trader odds clustered tightly around 10–13°C reflecting model spread and limited overnight cooling.** Persistent southwesterly flow, moderate winds of 5–8 m/s, and extensive cloud cover are expected to limit radiative cooling, keeping the low above the long-term average of 9.7°C. Official guidance from sources such as the Finnish Meteorological Institute and global ensembles shows daytime highs near 15–17°C transitioning to overnight values of roughly 8–14°C depending on exact timing of any clearing or wind shift. Historical analogs for early-to-mid September under similar mild, cloudy patterns support a most probable minimum near 10–12°C, while the low 0.5% odds on extremes below 8°C or above 16°C align with the narrow uncertainty band this close to the observation window.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=efhk
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
