Recent National Weather Service forecasts and ensemble model guidance for New York City indicate a post-frontal setup with northeast winds and mostly clear to partly cloudy skies overnight into September 19, supporting morning lows clustering in the low to mid-60s°F. This aligns with the closely matched market-implied probabilities for 60–65°F bins, reflecting minor differences in how models handle radiational cooling under light winds and dew point trends near 50–55°F. Historical September averages place typical daily lows around 60–61°F, providing context for the current outlook. Updated NWS briefings and next model runs will refine overnight minimums ahead of the 19th.
