Official forecasts from the Turkish State Meteorological Service for September 1, 2026, indicate a maximum of 30°C in Ankara under partly cloudy to clear skies, with light northerly winds and no precipitation. This aligns with multiple model runs projecting highs near 30°C (roughly 85–86°F), consistent with late-summer conditions that typically exceed the September climatological average high of 26–27°C. Market-implied odds heavily favor 30°C or 31°C because current observational trends and short-range guidance show limited potential for significant deviation, though ensemble spreads allow modest upside to 31°C if daytime heating exceeds expectations. Traders weigh these consensus forecasts against historical variability, where September maxima occasionally reach 32–33°C but rarely exceed that threshold this early in the month.
